Nickel containing ≤ 0.60 Ni: allowed

Tensile strength σ B (MPa): quenching and tempering, ≥ 590

Conditional yield strength σ 0.2 (MPa): quenching and tempering, ≥ 390

Elongation δ 5 (%): quenching and tempering, ≥ 25

Impact energy Akv (J): quenching and tempering, ≥ 118

Hardness: annealing, quenching and tempering, ≥ ≤ 200HB; 170HB

The specification of heat treatment and microstructure of:

Heat treatment specification: 1) annealing, 800 ~ 900 °C slow cooling or about 750 °C fast cooling quenching; 2), 959 ~ 1000 °C cold oil; 3) 700 ~ 750 °C tempering soon cold.

Microstructure: the organization characteristics of martensite.
